Wimshurst Machine                                                                                                                         This electrostatic generator produces separate charges as two acrylic discs rotate in opposite directions. The conducting material present on each disc makes  contact with metal brushes as the discs rotate.  The conducting strips become charged and through electrical  forces the strips transfer charge from one Leyden jar to the other. Works very well and is an excellent buy. Nice big spark.
